Love the background effects you put in here, very well produced. Personally, I like variation in the drum pattern but since it's a Nas beat I totally see it being laid back and focused on the lyrics. The drumming is a bit too generic here and the melody - while good - it also sounds too generic as well. I wish you played around a bit more with sound and went a little more crazy with it to make something more interesting and attention-grabbing. it's a bit too safe at the moment

U couldve showed the piano some more love by changing the velocity and putting some notes a bit offbeat to make it sound less digital
