I agree with the guys above, the beat has a great vibe and is mixed well. My main critism would be the arrangement, the track starts with too much instruments and doesn't develop from there. It's like you've heard the song right from the start.

nice but like everyone said you need to work on the arrangement. Work on having a buildup on the track. The snare seems like it's lacking high and some sidechain compression.
