Very floaty, it's great. I like the simple chord progression you have going on, it's very laid back and relaxing. Sometimes simplicity is the best route to catchiness. At the same time, drum pattern is pretty complex so good work on that. I think you nailed the mixing on this, too...like this is ready for an artist to record over. Will definitely check your soundcloud out.

I agree with you on that, I try to produce various "tiers" with hiphop beats. I try to make simple ones that are easy for artists to utilize and create and I also work on "journey" beats that are a lot more complex. I'll give your link a listen when I get the chance! Thanks for the feedback bro.
