The samples are a little much but I like what you were going for. My advice is to finish mixing before putting out beats so your drum work can actually come to life and hit the way you want it. Seems like you have creative ideas

I like the beat maybe bring the samples down a tad so your drums and stuff can stand out more

sounds pretty alright for a sketch, but I would change the drums, it sounds like an intro the whole time - I was waiting for the drums to finally hit in full range ;-) Esp. the second beat / part needs a leading snare imo. Keep us up to date if you continue to work on the material!

The idea your going for is nice I like the vibe of the beat but the samples are too loud and drown out the drums and at times theres too much going on in the beat, but as you said this is not mixed or mastered so that might change once the beat is finished.
