feedback on a new boom bap beat(f4f)

track had a very creative and original sound, some of the sounds I didn't think complimented the beat as whole, but regardless everything played it's part and made a very interesting, and creative track good job
 
The intro sounds are very nice, and I feel they should be the main focus for the beat. I might either completely revise or remove the piano/strings that come in around :10, they sound a bit like general midi sounds and a little cheap compared to the intro. The drum pattern is good, but I'd probably swap the samples as well. They kind of remind of old stock fl studio drums from way back. Check out https://www.reddit.com/r/Drumkits/, you can get some quality stuff on there. The track has a lot of potential, just needs a few more quality sounds in there. Keep it up man.

Very eerie vibe homie. Love the instrument choices, but it was a disorienting track to listen to, mainly because it's very different for me haha. Putting that aside, I love the mixing you did with the instruments. Drums are hard and strong, booming through the mix. Panning for the piano/piano synths are superb as well as the reverb and delay usage. I would say that the hi hats could use some EQ on the high frequencies and more reverb. They sound too dry in comparison to the snare. Other than that, great track homie! Keep it up! And thanks for the feedback!!
