[F4F] SZA Jorja Smith Type Beat

Hey all, I need some feedback on this beat. It's my first time really going for a more singer/less hip hop type beat. Is it open enough for songwriting? Too open? Also feedback on the outro/beat switch would be great as well.
 
Intro is dope man, the hi hats could be a lil higher but its just a preference, the snare should be more loud imo, really relaxing, dope vibe man. and yea its really open for singers!
 
Hey man I really dig the vibe of this song. I agree with what @CatpacK said about the snare being a little louder. I think it's very open for songwriting. If anything else you could try adding more elements by adding in subtle instrumentation throughout to make the transitions in the lyrics more distinct. Otherwise, dope track man. Nice sound selection this is def something a singer can express themselves on. The things I would say that needs tweaking is the drums the kick and snare need to hit harder not mad hard like a trap beat but just enough so people can feel the groove of the drums because atm they are quite weak and maybe add in some extra percs here and there just for more variation other than that this is clean.

Thank you for the feedback, I think you're right and I'm probably going to add those changes. Do a re-upload of yours maybe? It's unavailable for me
 
The intro is great it does have that modern r&b (drake&40) vibe to it. I think a harder kick drum will make a worlds of a difference, even raising the volume on the snare. The switch up is dope but changing the drum pattern for the second section would be a nice touch. I like it the vibe is right just a couple minor tweaks. Keep up the good work!

Vibes are nice here! I think the hi-hats could be a bit louder and maybe a bit "auto-pan" would give them some nice movement!
