General thoughts on the mix and how rappable the beat is? I like this beat in terms of a Hip Hop beat, one of the few beats I make that I can rap on fairly easily to.

Hook is catchy as a hell. Like that little female vocal sound you used. It's really different than what I'm used to and I think that's why I'm feeling it.


I think the snare's a bit too light, needs to be layered with another snare for a thicker sound and/or compressed more. That bell/key sound that play through-out the beat, like at 0:50 is panned really far to the left for some reason.

The bass line is super funky. Not really a fan of the synth/pad melody I feel like its too loud in the mix and should bit mixed a bit lower. The synths that come in later can be carved out a bit more. Keep it up though! Dig the funkiness of it overall.
