I see the direction you're going with this beat. I dig the trap drum pattern and the slowdown transition from verse to hook (or vice versa). Like GuessBeatz said, a lil variation doesn't hurt but not too much as you need the rapper to lay down his or her vocal clearly. Nice job!

Dope, and i disagree with the above, repetition is a large part of hip hop beats throughout history. The bass in the mix could be a little tighter, other than that the mix seems pretty well balanced, good work.
