Check my latest beat out, it's really good!!

Very smooth and silky, nicely balanced- but I can tell your goin Hiphop and could use better synths on your transients... sounds a little accordion-like
 
The tone of the 808 is nice. It takes up a good amount of space and isn't interfering with other lead frequencies. I think the synth melodies are a bit too loud and are really taking up too much of the higher frequencies. Idk if your goal was to sale this beat? But due to how loud and top heavy the synths are it will be difficult for a rapper to rhyme over simply due to it taking up that same range. Keep it up though!
