After 6 years of participating in this forum (under another alias), it is my pleasure to present to you, The Higher Empire, a future soul beat collective stretching from Austin to Amsterdam.

We just released our first compilation, and although it is far from perfect, it has some cool samplers.

nice man. i was very surprised to hear this. very psychedelic like and unexpected. just right up my alley. it's what we all need and lowkey really stood out to me. i actually listened to em all, that never happens usually lol. good job!!
 
Well done on the sampling, you guys have a fresh sound on there. Really atmospheric, the buildups were awesome. Felt like I was about to listen to something from Pink Floyd on nothing is more envious than empty space. Can't Forget was probably my favorite. I would love to see more beats like that.
