What genre is this?

Hey guys, first time poster here. So I made my first track recently and was looking to get some critiques on the mix, structure and musicality of the song. I also don't exactly know what genre to classify it as. I don't particularly care for the pedantries but it would be nice to really hone in on a feel. Thanks in advance!

I have no idea, and I would have no idea where you would even play this type of sound at. Almost sounds like it should be on a cartoon channel.....the arrangement is not for me nor any of the sounds within....sorry...
