what you mean with glitchy? im not so good with the slangs...

It has like chops, and breaks in it so it sounds computer-ish and buggy. It's a cool effect.

As for screwed voice... I like the bass pulse, and the intro is catchy. The same "glitch" sounds are in there fading in and out, ya know. i like the tune. It changes frequently and keeps attention, also is mixed well.
