I don't listen to too much ambient techno but it's easy on the ears with the exception of that main hi-hat you selected, it's unfortunately too overpowering throughout the song, I'd either low-cut it way more or select something more subtle. Also the bass sound you introduce is a bit too artificial sounding, I'd either add a filter or select a different sound entirely, the melody selection is fine though.
