I got this track that I think is finished, but I really want some feedback on the mix and build up.
The guitar is recorded through my audio interface.

Actually no, not at all, lol What I listen to is much darker and weirder than my own music But always about the drums
There's usually a pretty big gap between what I make and what I listen to..

Same here though... my taste is crazy eclectic, I listen to some normal music too though, you'd be surprised lol.. if electronic music gets too conventional I'm usually out though
I just remembered that I do listen to some ambient... I've been a fan of Pole for years.. especially the no-beat stuff. That could definitely be considered ambient.
You can definitely hear that back in my sound. I also don't mind the ambient bits on the Burial albums.
