Cool, i like the pitched down choppy vocals. But you really have only one other elements which is a repetitive bassline going bum bum bum bum bum and that kind of lets the track down. You could also use some percussion in the drums to give it more groove.

I was going for minimalistic but some more percussion could not hurt
 
Hi and thanks for my feedback and follow I have returned the favour. I like your track a lot but it could do with adding a little more variation to the bassline to give it more energy it just chugs along and variation to the 909 drums say adding more closed hihats a certain points or a percussive loop and killer melody.

Any way great track and vocal editing :)
