Young producer trying to find a sample from an Ice Cube song. Please help!

I'm a 17 year old producer and I really want to find the "there goes the neighborhood" quote from Ice Cube's "Steady Mobbin'" but I can't find where he got it from anywhere. I just wanna find it and sample it on my MPC and make something cool with it. Please help me out, thanks.

P.S. YES I've gone to WhoSampled and it hasn't told me anything. Trust me, I've looked everywhere. Thanks.
