Diggin in the crates...records, vhs tapes, things like that....anything else is lame. Especially youtube sampling

Watch some movies from the era you want to sample from. They often have some really high potential samples (esp 60s 70s).

look at some of Mark Isham's music. Not very good for sampling drums, but he has some very beautiful progressions that are perfect for sampling

Go to whosampled, and look for other songs from sampled artists.

Unless your kitted out with decent audio recording gear directly to your set up, then vinyls are out the question,
That being said, there's billions of places to find tracks from the last half a century online, keep asking around, keep searching and im sure you'll have a collection in no time.
