Where can I find similar samples to this?

Hey guys,

I'm looking for the vocal "ooooooooohhh waa oohhhh," in the below link. The link is set to drop at the exact time of the sample.

Any ideas on specific sample packs? I'm so sick of spending money on them and then realizing that they are useless to me and don't capture the idea that I need to complete a track.
