What effects do you use on your samples?

Heeey i use Ableton

To spice up my own samples most of the time i fiddle around with some reverb.

i use sidechain compresion to pop out my kicks!
With the reverb channel

Surprised nobody mentioned Distortion, makes your sample sound much fuller if needed.

I use Camal Crusher for some distortion.

I dig that! I think im going to just dig a littlebit longer to find some good vocals to chop.

depends entirely on the sample. usually an eq if i wanna take out some parts/emphasize some. delay, reverb, saturator. compressor on drums mostly.
