Vocal Sample..."Say What!?"

I apologize in advance and no I'm no rookie but I'm trying to find the vocal sample used in many scratches in hip hop. It goes, "Say What!?...Say What!?". One song it used was Little Brother-Whatever You Say.....If anybody can help me out, I would appreciate that greatly....And yes I've looked around so don't tell me to dig lol...Thanks.
