When i chop up a sample into for example. a 4 bar loop instrumental loop and a 4 bar from the hook. How come recycle tells me they are different tempos when they are both perfect 4 bar loops. If the song is changing tempo slightly, how do people get round this when setting the tempo of the beat they are creating using these loops?

you can always just speed up your projects BPM, chop the sample accordingly and puzzle it in

The tempo most likely isn't changing, depending on what type of music it is. But yeah, yr prolly uh lil off. Try choppin it up by each bar instead..
