So before i got gay ass quicktime, i was able to click on a attachment & i would have an option to save ass or open with window's media player.

    I'm using mozilla 2.0 also.

I installed quicktime and now i don't have this option anymore. It just streams in the browser. I tried searching the forums because i used to know how to do this but couldn't find anything.

anyone know how i could have it do this again?

I have all of the file types select in windows media player also.

nope. it's all because of dumb ass apple quicktime. I'm trying to trouble shoot but no avail. I forgot how i was able to do this a while back also. GRR this is pissing me off. >:X

when ever i do click on a attachment, i get this pop up about how the plug in needs to be 5.0 or something? but i deleted all of the quicktime off of my comp. Do i have to do something in my browser settings?

To solve the poster's problem. just go to tools, then options, then content, then click on the manage button at the bottom, then choose what u want mozilla to do with certain file extentions
