they are straight, i got a few, the kicks are nice, i like and use them
They must be the first legit pro producer sample kits commercially available.. They probably aren't from his personal library though.
so how is every one fnding reason 3 then? only had it for a day as i hate changing my platform! but it doesnt seem to have much better sound resources, ie mastering. stick to pushing stuff through wavelab n hardware anyway!!!!

Lol if you don't like Reason because you can't master with it then you should reconsider what you want to do.
na reason is a solid package! it really is a good note pad, savingyou from havin g to set up patches on the hardware n what not. and eah it sounds good too. just when i got the upgrade was hoping that the masteringwould be to the same quality, in mmy opinion, its not the strongest at all. propellorhead usually do deliver.

Any "mastering suites" in programs that aren't dedicated to mastering, are just gimmicks. And a beatmaker can't really learn how to master just like that, it's a separate field and artform for itself.
