this just sounds like a bunch of random chops, there's no consistency, but I wouldn't give up yet. Try to make it more like a song, parts that flow together, and don't over-complicate your sampling, like don't chop for the sake of chopping, only when it's necessary or when it improves the sound. **** takes time... but yeah the chops themselves sounded rather smooth which is nice.

sounds like you timestretched it a bit too much, i can hear the effect on the sample.

the first few bars sound good then if goes a bit weird but its decent tho but to make it proper u gotta rearange the parts and tweak it better.....nice tho check my flips @ www.youtube.com/dynastydadonprod

sample?
i think it sounds ill
thnx all for the feedback. I shall take all recommendations into account
I'm not sure what you mean by that, the sample is stretched perfectly so that it is in perfect sync with the track tempo I did it in ableton using the warp which give very accurate results. You'll have to specify how it's overstretched.Originally Posted by BxJaze
Yeh I think the change up has a bit of a marmite effect - some have said it's weird whilst others love it, but yeh shall bear that in mind.Originally Posted by HIP-HOPKING1
