Searching this Electronic music sample

I heard an build-up sample in many different songs and i've been always wondering where to get it. Maybe you can help me :rolleyes:

I mean the sample which is changing it's pitch
 
I know there's a couple different methods to getting a "riser" like that. The easiest that I've found is to take a synth that can make a generic white noise sound and then take a filter that only lets a narrow bandwidth through and move it up. It can help to add a little reverb or delay to the sound so it blends in a little more naturally.
 
I dont mean the white noise sweep i mean the synth that is increasing it's pitch and has a delay on it :)
