Sampling my soundcards output?

Saw a video of Exile making a beat sampling stuff from the radio and I wondered,if I can somehow sample the stuff coming out of my speakers directly.

I'm using Maschine mostly,but own Fl Studio and Ableton.

Any help is appreciated!
