Sampling Help/Guide

First of all. I don't know if this belongs in this thread or another.
If not I apologize so if it needs to be moved please do so!

I have a 1:20 clip of a song I want to chop and extend.

I use FL9 and HATE "edison" editer. Unfriendly to me anyway.

What should I use? can someone do it for me?

I'm desperately needing this "creation" but am at a road block with no heavy machinery. :(

i can't really think of anything other than edison in FL. maybe try to use it in a different way, i usually just chop using markers in edison andd then drag it to slicex and use that to arrange

I was playin with slicex. Edison is sooo annoying!

I used to cut up my samples outside of Edison, but honestly you should take the time to learn it if you use FL Studio. The ability to cut something up and throw it into your project is so convenient. It will prompt you to be more creative. I do all my chopping with Edison and FL Slicer.
