i dont' know the song off hand, but if i had to guess the sample, i'd go with Street Life. i forget who sings it, but it's an old 70's song, late 70's, i forget the ladies name. but i could be wrong since i'm just guessing off the song title. post up a link and i might be able to help more.

sample is from a Japanese singer..song's from early 80's. i believe Naoko Kawai was her name. beautiful beautiful song.
