Rights to MLK speech.

Hello fellow samplers and diggers. I have a question!

I'm currently working on an Instrumental in which I'm using samples from the MLK "I have a dream" speech. I searched on the net for the corresponding holder of the rights, but still I have not found a concrete answer. 1000s of links and a bunch of misguided info. Anyone care to stir me in the right direction?

I wonder if its gone into Public Domain yet... seems like it should have. Unless the family wants to protect everything its on.

Hm, my guess would be that it'd be under the public domain. I mean, its in almost every history textbook, history movie, things like that. Id be surprised if it wasnt, but, could be wrong.
