Does anybody know of any know of any good record shops in the New Haven area for digging?

The best shop I've been to in CT is Red Scroll in Wallingford. They have a great used section, organized nicely, and a ton of new releases. Depends on what you're looking for though. Merle's in Milford is ok. It's overpriced and there's no dollar bin section but if you're looking for something specific they probably have it (unless you want new releases or hip hop). There's also Replay Records in Hamden which I've heard is pretty good but I've never actually been there myself. Red Scroll is my go-to spot.

Oh and there's also a spot called DJ Outlet in New Haven. Probably not the best spot to dig for samples but they have a ton of hip hop singles and instrumentals
