If im understanding u correctly then yes u can use your regulard keyboard, if it has MIDI or any keyboard with MIDI to trigger various things if the connections are done correctly.

It's possible, but you need a VST plug-in such as Native Instruments Kontakt so you can map out your sample over they keys on your keyboard.
In FL studio just hit ctrl + T it will toggle the typing keyboard to a controller Look at the top by the metrenome for the one of the buttons to turn orange that's how u know if it on or off
Just hit ctrl + T when FL is open the orange button at the top till toggle on the your keyboard is a trigger........no additional software is needed
