Is internet digging really digging?

doesn't matter where you got the sample..all that matters is how you flipped it and what the finished product sounds like
 
I sample stricly vinyl because i like the journey, I can go to the record store and just pick up a record by the cover and then check it out at the listening station. + I get top quality. I can find stuff in a record store I would never find on the internet.

Also considering I use a MPC3000 the workflow just feels more natural sampling into the MPC from a record rather than hooking up my PC to the MPC.
 
Yes, because the main element of trial and error is still present. Not everything you find is gonna be dope and sample worthy. But when you do find that right one...
