How to make a drum loop out of samples

I want to make drums like this but I don't know how, sounds like something crunching and like a windchime sort of thing

Instead of using regular drum sounds use found sounds instead.....raid the cutlery draw and record things like the toaster popping up for example.

Vengeance Electro Essentials has got a section in it dedicated to "real recordings" some of them sound amazing

I don't really understand what you're asking for.

1. Search for samples you like
2. Arrange them in a way you like
3. Add typical processing to your taste. Reverb, EQ, distortion/saturation etc.

Those sounds are not made from scratch. They're either sampled or recorded. Some of the windchime sounds have been reversed.

I was asking what people thought the drum loop so-to-speak was made of like what samples they thought were being used, I understand they aren't made from scratch I just don't know what to look for necessarily when I'm looking for samples.
