How to get this type of bass?

This beat I found on youtube, it has this background bass that really appeals to me. I'm new to producing so sorry if it's a stupid question, but does anyone know how I can this type of sound?

i think i have that sound on one of my sylenth presets.. its very popular buy a preset pack with that sound with whatever vst you use..
