I guess the Top 3 is:
- The Winstons - Amen, Brother;
- James Brown - Funky Drummer;
- The Honey Drippers - Impeach the President.

Funky Drummer, Synthetic Substiution, Its A New Day, Amen Brother, and Impeach the president. I would also throw Big Red and Big Beat out there.
Impeach The President and Funky Drummer are basically the most oversampled in hip hop. Besides that, most James Brown records have been sampled to death.
First that come to mind would be: Impeach the president, funky drummer and the big beat.

Big beat is one of the most common songs I use to hear back in the 90's
ffs it have to be amen break, whole bunch of electronic sub genders like jungle, drum and bass and so on was created of that 6 sec break![]()
