If you work with wax this sample can be found on many DJ battle records, such as the Superseal series. I honestly don't know the specific name for the sound though but it sounds like a simple test tone.

yeah, true.
Thats one of the most used scratch sounds and stays cool.
I always felt like it sounded like washing a window really hard when you scratch that beep.
