I recommend checking out some of charles hamilton's beats as he almost exclusively samples and often flips recognizable songs in some cool ways.
He's got a ridiculous amount of albums/projects so I would just check out a couple of songs to start off with such as "Brooklyn Girls" and "Conversations With God".

Paul's Boutique by Beastie Boys has an insane amount of samples and is an old school gem

anything j dilla and to be honest kanye and j cole did crazy work with samples on each of their last albums
