Hi guys, was wondering if anyone would be able to help me work out how to create a sound similar to this.

The drop sound that first plays at 52 seconds - I really want a sound similar to this to use for a short film I am creating. What instrument would this be? I am guessing some kind of synth? But any other tips would be great.
