Trying to figure out how to acquire the "hush" drum sound in Trap music.

I know its probably just white noise but does anyone know where to find a decent sample of this drum sound or what it actually is so I can look about creating my own. Sorry if this is too vague, but thanks for any replies in advance!

It starts at about a minute in. It sounds to me like effected claps, or the club "hey" chant type thing. But I really would like to know if there is a term for that type of sound, any input would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the delay in the reply, i've been quite busy.

If I got what u mean then no, its not white noise, just regular chants, play with their velocity and maybe with some reverb and u got what u want. They are in almost every trap kit

Yup, they are called chants. A simple google search should get you what you are looking for although I am pretty such there is a way to synthesize it. Could not find any tutorials at first glance...you'd have to look into it.
