Technique used on Machine Gun Funk, pitched how?

Been wondering for a long time how the producer flipped this. Obviously he pitched the loop down, but precisely how? How many (semi)tones? Would be great tool to have in the kit.

Biggie - Machine Gun Funk:

Sample at 00:34

It's just a loop, right? Easy moe bee the producer of this track used a SP 1200. On a hardware machine like this it's real easy to do by simply slowing or pitching down the samples.
Don't know how this can be done on the computer.

I know it's pitched down, and you can do that on a computer aswell. It was more if anyone knew EXACTLY how many semitones or tones it has been pitched down.

Why not just use import the song into your DAW and pitch it up/down yourself?

This can be done in all DAWs, or using an external VST like Pitchwheel for example.
