Spotify Sampling??

so i have a song that im listening to on spotify right now and for some reason its the only version of this song i can find that has the vocals panned hard right and instruments to the left. Does anyone know how to sample straight off your computer, and if so lemme know so i can dooit. educational purposes only of course
