Slicex: Time stretching HELP

My project file is 130bpm. Sample is 85 bpm and i have it chopped how i want it in slicex. I want to be able to record the sample chops in as the beat plays but i cant get the tempos to sync up. Any advice? Fl Studio 12
 
There is a little section just above the waveform saying TEMPO. Right click and a pop up comes up where you can change the tempo and sync settings. Make sure you right click on the number itself.
