Say I sample

I was just wondering how cool and dre got this sample to sound so clear in the say i song.cud u describe how they did this?
 
Very simple either sample it clean from ya know like a cd or somethin.
Or use one of those programs that have static removal. or if your usin the mpc use very slight low end filter
