I try to sample but evrytime i do its always off beat...does anyone know how i should be cutting or shopping if anyone could help me ittl be staright up appreciated

if your sampling using the frutiy slicer, look for the bpms right above the wave. match your project speed to that and you should be alright. but if your chopping and not using a straight 4 bar sample than the speed can be anything as long as the sample dosen't clip.
but even if you do have some clipping, you can get rid of it by using the at and dec sliders on the slicer channel. when you use piano roll, make sure that the start of the sample is at the very left egde of the screen near the piano keys or the slicer numbers. that goes for just using the sampler channel also.
