Sampling - Noise frequency like sound

I had sampled a song for my new remake to a beat ,the loop is going good but an unwanted noise/frequency type sound comes when the loop starts again
any suggestion on which filters might reduce it or possibly remove it
will be a great help!
 
I know what you mean, there's extra sounds in the beginning of the progression that aren't there by the time it gets to the end. Putting a low pass on the high end doesn't get rid of it? Maybe a gate? Or what I think would really work is putting a pad synthesizer over the whole loop to cover up the sound maybe.
 
if you are talking about a clicking sound then you are experiencing zero-crossing errors

you can fix this by using a very short cross-fade at either of the sample (something like 5 samples should be sufficient)

if it is anything else then some audio will help us to help you
 
if it's a bleed from the bar before in the sample u might have to get creative. see if you can you use only one stereo side. pre-eq it out as good as you can. use timestretching if it makes sense to cut it out or try to find the same key in the sample somewhere else. get creative
