Sampling into breakbeats ?

well hello i just wanted to know is there anyone of you sample breakbeats not hip hop beats well basically i mix breakbeats and i also like to make my own stuff and i know sampling basically but is there any difference between rap sampling and breakbeat sampling thanks in advance
 
I'm a break fiend. Even if I don't loop breaks often I still love a good one. Sampling in hip hop started with break beats anyway. My favorite breaks are Walk This Way, Impeach the president and Its A New Day.
