Sampling with FPC in FL Studio

Hey guys so I am currently using my MPD 32 with FL studio to sample, and I use the FPC to enable me using chops, ect. When I time stretch my sample and put them in chops and throw them on FPC, somehow when i press the pads the chops that play are the original sample un-time stretched...help?
