Hey FP, i just want to make sure i got this right, I can use classical samples if I play them myself on my instruments correct? i just cant sample them from a recording?
Yes, a lot of the underlying compositions will be PD, but not the recordings themselves. Always check the publishing/copyright info for yourself, but a good general rule might be if the piece is over 100 years old, it's likely in the PD.
