Sampling Advice Needed (JKBeats)

Hey Guys! I have a question that has been plaguing me for a few months now - how do I sample?

May seem like a simple question, but what I really mean is, what software do you guys use to cut? Is it possible to remove vocals or certain instruments from a certain piece of music that you wish to sample? and how do you remove a drum track to insert your own (if possible)?

Any answers are HIGHLY appreciated

I learned From YouTube, and just looking around forums. YouTube will be your biggest help. Just type in how to make a sample beat.

It's not possible to completely remove sounds that are on top of each other unless they are on different frequency ranges.. You can try chopping around them if possible or simply make the sounds part of your track. For example you can use the sample's drums as a layer to your own drum sounds.
