Sample Time Stretching

I have a sample that I want to play at different notes, meaning when I press one key its one pitch, then I press the next key over and it plays the pitch at the next half step. The problem I'm having is that when I play it on a lower key, it plays the sample really slowly and when i play it higher it plays the sample very quickly. Whats an easy way on fl studio that I can make them play at the same tempo regardless of pitch?

Well, you answered the question yourself in the thread title..
You will need to use a combination of timestretch pitching. If you are intending to create intricate melodies with your sample, it can be a bit overwhelming. And of course, heavy timestretching may result in bad quality.
